Resurrect NPCs at the morgue

Vermund Charnel House

Vermund Charnel House is a Morgue located in Vernworth in the Noble Quarter distrcit, any NPC that dies nearby or on the Vernworth continent will be brought here at this Morgue to be resurrected with a wakestone. 

Battahl Morgue

Battahl Morgue is located in Bakbattahl city, if any NPC dies nearby or on Battahl soil, the NPC’s body will be located at this Morgue and be available to be resurrected with a wakestone.

Locating the body

You can locate the body in the morgue by talking to the NPC and pay 5,000G to see the list of NPCs that have died in that area. Once you select the NPC you want to visit there will be a candle lit up next to the coffin.

Once you have located the coffin with the candle you can see the NPC who is inside and have the choice to resurrect them with a wakestone.

Why is the NPC missing in Dragon's Dogma 2?

If you cannot find the NPC where it is suppose to be located, try visiting the nearby morgue to see if they have passed.

Can't find NPC in Dragon's Dogma 2

Dragon’s Dogma 2 has a large map and it may be a problem keeping track of where all the NPCs are moving around on the map. If you have checked all of the possible locations, try checking the morgue as it is possible they could have died to aggressive mobs such as wolves or griffins. 

Can't find the body of a dead NPC in Dragon's Dogma 2

If an NPC dies and you do not have a wakestone, you can find the body of the NPC at the nearby morgue, in Vernworth or Bakbattahl.
