Black Desert has come a long way since its release in EU and NA in 2016. Since Black Desert is approaching its 7 years of service in the EU and NA region. They are doing an event for the community to win prizes.

How to participate?
There are three categories to participate in the contest to express your creativity, and the best ones will receive some anniversary gifts.
The video itself is to share your Black Desert experience and upload it to YouTube, this can be done by filming yourself, or creating a memory video with clips and screenshots of the game.
If you are looking to participate in the YouTube category then you are required to do the following:
- Upload your video to YouTube with the title ‘Looking Back on 7 Years of BDO‘
- Include your Family Name and server region in the video description
- Include #BlackDesrt #BDOturns7 in the video description
- Share a link to the video in the Discord channel ‘Looking-back-7-years‘
Create a fan art or share a photo to represent 7 years of Black Desert.
If you are looking to participate in the Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook category then you are required to do the following:
- Upload your fan art to Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook
- Include #BDOturns7 in your post
- Include your Family Name and server region in your social post
- Share a link to the post in the Discord channel ‘Looking-back-7-years‘
For this category, aim to create a 3-line or 5-line poem with the acronyms of BDO (3 lines) or SEVEN (5 lines).
If you are looking to participate in the Forums category then you are required to do the following:
- Upload your poem to the ‘Event category of the official forums‘
- Include ‘BDO anniversary Poem‘ and your server into the title
- Share the forum thread link in the Discord channel ‘Looking-back-7-years‘
Winner Rewards
There will be 21 winner rewards for adventurers in EU/NA, the winners will receive three awards, them being:

- [Merch] Class pin x1 (Adventurer’s choice)

Black Desert has released an announcement post on their official website, with more information about the event they are organizing with the EU/NA player base.
If you are looking to participate in this event, we recommend joining the recommended discord server and keeping track of their official website. In the past, Black Desert has announced winners of previous events on their official website so they are most likely going to announce the winner of the ‘Looking Back on 7 Years of BDO‘ event.
