Mildred's Questline

Mildred's Location

After reaching the capital city Vernworth, and staying at the Inn a couple of times in Dragon’s Dogma 2. You will be able to find Mildred on the east side of the tavern in the alleyways. After finishing Mildred’s dialogue you will be able to act as a tenant for her home while she is away.

A Place to Call Home

Once you have the ‘A Place to Call Home’ quest active you will need to find Mildred outside of her home. The house can be located in the Common Quarter district of Vernworth.

Completing the Questline

Mildred will ask you to pay visits to the house over the course of an in-game week. Then you will be able to meet Mildred just outside of the same house and she will present an offer for you.

The offer is you can buy the house for 20,000 gold, this is a very good offer as the other option to get a house in Dragon’s Dogma 2 costs 200,000 gold.
