After leaving Haven in Mortal Online 2, it can be quite overwhelming, this guide will help with all the information for obtaining your first horse!
Taming a Horse
There are many different types of horse spawns across the map in Mortal Online 2, these can be located on the Mortal Online Map. To tame a horse you first need to unlock the Taming action skill, this can be unlocked in Haven by talking to the NPC near the stables on the West Exit of the town. Taming can also be learned by reading a book that can be obtained from the librarian in all towns.
Depending on the level of the horse, it may require a higher taming level. However with Taming at level 31 you can tame every level of horse without fail.
Buying a Horse
Horses can also be bought and sold at the Horse Broker which will be next to the stables, Equerry, in every town. Other players will sell pets and horses at a range of different gold prices. Depending on the level and breed of horse the prices may change and be set higher or lower.
Horse Levels
Horses in Mortal Online 2 can be tamed from levels 0 to 125. You can also level horses, the max level being 125. When your horse levels up this will increase the max health of the horse, it will not change the speed, stamina, focus gain, or size of the horse.
The experience will go up gradually at 100 experience per tick (10 seconds) but the leveling can be made faster if you are looking to level horses with animal care.

Horse Breeds
There are currently five horse breeds across the map in Mortal Online 2. All have a unique look, speed, and carry weight
Mongrel – Slow, higher carry weight
Steppe – Average amongst all the horses.
Jotun – Best carry weight

Can you revive your Horse?
Technically you can revive your horse with Ritualism, however, this will require Necromancy, Ritualism, a ritual candle, and a circle. This can only be done once and can not be risen again afterward. Risen pets cannot enter towns and will be flagged as grey when close to guards.
It is much easier to obtain a new horse through the broker or by taming.

Not enough Pet Points to ride Horse
If you are unable to mount your horse and are receiving a message along the lines of ‘not enough pet points‘ then check to see if your pet points are over your maximum to hold this horse. If your pet points are over by 1 point, this means you are not allowed to ride on the horse and you will lose loyalty over time as you cannot hold the horse.
