WoW Dragonflight Symbols Of Hope Achievement
The Symbols of Hope achievement in WoW Dragonflight does have some lore behind it. The locals around the waking shore placed the kites around the area in hope that one day the Dragonflight will return. Now that they have returned, the Symbols of Hope achievement in WoW Dragonflight requires you to release all kites in The Waking Shores, here is how to complete it.
To complete the achievement you will need to release the kites in the following locations:

Crumbling Life Archway
Coordinates – 56.73, 58
Hatchery Observatory
Coordinates – 61.71, 80.83
Obsidian Observatory
Coordinates – 43.56, 63.81
Apex Canopy
Coordinates –24.05, 89.95
The Overflowing Spring
Coordinates – 50.29, 55.62
Concord Observatory
Coordinates – 57.13, 46.40
Uktulut Backwater
Coordinates – 48.84, 39.95
