Your ranged combat skills are, for now, just bows and arrows. There is speculation that in the future they will release throwing knives, axes, javelins, and maybe crossbows that will also go under this category.
The Ranged combat action skill is a secondary stat so it will not take any of your skill points and can be still leveled to 100.
Archery in mortal online 2
Archery can be learned from using a bow and arrow or reading the Archery book. You can craft a bow at any town or city, bows can be made from wood or bone tissue or emalj, you can usually find greywood or dapplewood around the city, or butcher pigs for bone tissue. You can buy arrows from any utility vendor and Archery books from combat librarians.
The Archery action skill in mortal online 2 can go up to level 100 and increases the damage that you deal with bows. Since Archery is a primary skill, this will take skill points to level up.
Mounted Archery combat skills
Mounted Archery can be learned by using a bow and arrow while mounted or from the Mounted Archery book. If you’d like to learn mounted archery you will need these requirements.

Controlled Aiming is a primary action skill, therefore it will take skill points to level up this action skill. When training this skill up it significantly reduces the bow swap when aiming a bow.
what is Marksmanship in mortal online 2?
Marksmanship is another action skill that is unlocked from the aiming techniques action skill. Marksmanship can be learned from a book that can only be bought from the Khurite Trainer NPC in Vadda for 50 silver or from the trade broker in every town/city.
Just like Controlled Aiming, you need to have already unlocked Ranged Combat, Archery, and Aiming Techniques to unlock the Marksmanship action skill.
Marksmanship is a primary action skill in mortal online 2, it will require skill points to level this skill up. It will increase the weak spot chance for headshots when using bows.
