How To Craft 2 Handed Swords (Greatblades) in Mortal Online 2
Weapon crafting is super complex, because you have to learn handles and blades and the some other stuff before you can make great blades. So I’ll breakdown the exact path you need to take in order to craft your first.
Step 1: Craft basic Swords:
Start by crafting basic weapons, talking to the heaven trainer will give you the ability to make basic swords, or you can unlock these manually with books. But craft basic swords until you have the following stats:
- Weapon Crafting 60
- Hand and Pole Crafting 60
- 1H Blade Hilt 60
- 1H Blade Hilt 60
- Basic Blade Crafting 60
- Hand and Pole Crafting 60
Step 2: Unlock Poleswords:
In Order to create 2 handed swords in Mortal Online 2, you need “Advanced Blade Crafting” at 60, but unfortunately to get this to 60, you need to level poleswords. Therefore you need to unlock all of the below skills in yellow, either read or craft to level them up, and then start crafting poleswords until advanced blade crafting hits 60.

What Is The Fastest Way To Level Weapon Crafting In Mortal Online 2
If you’ve looking to craft Greatblades or any of the advanced weapons, you’re going to need a ton of different skills and have to level them all up to 60 to unlock the next skills. So lets go over the fastest way to level weapon crafting in Mortal Online 2.
It doesn’t matter what materials you use to craft, you still get the same experience, so until your crafting is around 70, don’t waste good materials like flakestone, cuprum, steel etc. The cheapest and easiest way to level weapon crafting is as follow:
- Handle: Bone Tissue
- Material: Fullgrain Leather
- Blade: Bone Tissue
The best way to get bone tissue is to farm the graveyard, defeat walkers and butcher their carcasses and then take this back to town to craft with.
Fullgrain leather:
Defeating pigs or bushpigs and harvesting the carcasses will give fullgrain leather, these are usually very close to town so are easy for farm, even for new players.
How to make a good 2 handed sword
Crafting Skill:
You need to power level your crafter to around 70 to make excellent quality gear. The best way is described above using fullgrain leather and bone tissue to level the type of weapon you want. i.e if you want to make good daggers get dagger blade to 70, if you want to make good 2 handed swords, gets greatswords to 70.
Material Lore:
The next thing is to work on your material lore. So if you are making a weapon out of flakestone, make sure you flakestone lore is at a high level, you can do this by reading a book, crafting with it, or extracting/refining with it.

Can you get 2 handed swords in haven
You can get all of the above skills and books in haven and you can craft 2 handed weapons in haven. Once you follow the steps above and make greatblades, you can make them.
In terms of materials in Haven, you can use either flakestone from crushing granum in the crusher. Or you can use cuprum, from burning amarantum in the furnace with a catalyst (also comes from grinding granum).
