There is no “best” race in fractured online due to how the karma system works. Looking at the best stats being STR and CON, demons and humans would make the strongest Fractured Online melee Builds. Given that the human has freedom to be good, evil or neutral. We’ll be showing human for this build as its the most popular and is allowed to pvp freely in Fractured Online.
Melee Stats and Attributes
For a Fractured Online Melee Build, you want to have the highest strength possible to maximise damage but have enough accuracy, speed and health to handle yourself in PvP. Therefore you should maximise your STR and CON, and them spread the rest between DEX and PER.

Melee Background
For a Fractured Online Melee Build, whether you want to be a 2 handed warrior or a shield wielding tank, you only have one good option available; the gladiator background.
This gives you a good set of damaging abilities, a gap closing jump and a life stealing abilities. These initial skills are based around axes, but you can learn every other ability in the game by fighting enemies that carry those abilities.
Fractured Online Melee Guide
Melee’s in Fractured Online are more difficulty to master than mages as you are much more reliant on your gear and your abilities to get on top of your enemies. And in PvE you must face your enemies head on, rather than kite them around like ranged classes.
Master a Weapon School – You can learn every ability in the game, but these don’t come from using weapons, they come from fighting enemies that have those abilities. So search out the enemies that the weapon you want to master and learn all of the skills.
Craft Your Own Armour – A Fractured Online Melee Build is very dependant on its gear, and with enchanting, imbuements and set bonuses, its difficult to get good gear. Try to find a set you want to use, that you can craft and master that craft, until you can learn to craft the next tier of armour.
Don’t Sleep on Potions – Melee warriors don’t have fancy healing spells that work well in Fractured Online, so you should consider finding skills that give life steal, or getting good bandages and potions equipped on your hot bar.
