The Arcane Archer Mortal Online 2 build uses both mounted archery and mounted magery. You will use this to take down horses with mounted archery, and then can choose either magic or archery when the player is on the ground depending on the situation. With full mounted magery you will also be able to fully heal your horse, letting you back off and reset the fights whenever you choose, making you a nightmare for any other mounted build.
This build also is a full necromancer/ritualist, so you will be able to summon walkers and have a risen undead horse and undead pet. This is easily the strongest solo PvP build, and can easily take on multiple players at once. It is also very powerful in PvE, for taking down animals, monsters and bandit camps.
The one limit to this build, it fully mounted, is great for solo/small content, but falls off in big groups, as it can’t be used in dungeons or sieges, however it excels in any mounted combat situation.

Race
Human (Sarducaan) – We choose human as they have an additional 140 action points in the things we need in their clades:
Versatile: +50 bonus action points
Roughrider: +15 in each mounted skill (45 total from mounted magery, archery and controlled riding)
Soldier: +25 in combat manoeuvring
Eruidite: +20 in Ecumental magic
Age
62 – We go for 62 as it gives us the maximum intelligence, giving our spells more damage and more healing.
Height
168 – Minimum height as we don’t need damage bonus from melee combat, and it doesn’t effect ranged damage.
Weight
Stout 129% – Stout gives the best balance between enough STR for bows and enough INT for spells.
Arcane Archer Stats
Its important to have more than 77 strength, so that you can use the most powerful shortbows on horseback. And then you want to have maximum intelligence for maximum magic damage bonus.
The rest of the skill points you can move around as you want. Dexterity is important for fast turns on your horse and psyche gives you more mana for mana regen.

These are the suggested clade/glory gifts we would take on a human arcane archer.
There are multiple that gives free action points and stat bonuses, so make to grab all of those. But as a priority in haven, you should work towards the following:
Cleric – lets you wear heavier armour before receiving a reduction to mana regen.
roughrider – bonus to both mounted archery and mounted magery.
Eruidite – 20 extra points in Ecumental magic, letting you cast better spells faster.
